GWENDOLYN CHAM, MBA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Gwen Cham joined PREF in September in 2022 and brings over 20 years of diverse experience in public and private sectors: research, hospital administration, pharmaceuticals, software/hardware, specialty chemicals, medical devices and other major industries.
She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Molecular & Cellular Biology from University of California, Berkeley and Master's degree in Business Administration from Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. She also served as MBA Professor in Strategy, Change Management, and Human Capital at Touro College, Paris, France.

Mary Jackson
Accounting Contractor
Mary Jackson is the Finance Director and Human Resources Director of the Cincinnati Education and Research Foundation. Mary came to PREF as a contractor in January 2023 and has been a huge help to our accounting and finance departments. She has a very diverse and impressive background in finance and excels at accounting, bookkeeping, and tax. Mary holds a degree in psychology, which is helpful in her role as the HR Director at CERV foundation. She comes from a decorated family of Veterans and working with Veterans gives her much pleasure. Mary believes that the Veterans and their families are key to research.

BRIAN SANDERSON
OFFICE MANAGER
Brian Sanderson has a background in both administrative support and project management. He brings past experience working clinical trials and healthcare quality improvement initiatives. He is a graduate of Northeastern University. In the role of PREF’s office manager, Brian provides administrative and logistical support to the PREF core team and its partnering investigators.
